There are a lot of people that are excited about the idea of growing food. Fruit trees was also suggested and it has the extra advantage of being off the ground (but of course would need a little co-ordination and overseeing). It would be worth it though and there would be sure to be enough people interested to receive it. Also, all this could possibly be sold cheaply in the market and especially if organic would meet a need in that way.
